Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching is a process that works on your internal thought process and belief system to improve performance in any area of life and handle challenging situations. It focuses on the present rather than on the distant past or future. It is a journey that may be like a roller coaster with emotional highs and lows. Our executive coaching consultant is a certified expert while the person seeking coaching is a Coachee.

The Coach challenges, questions and supports by hand holding the Coachee. The coach helps in digging the underlying emotions and experiences to create a sustainable transformation. The Coachee drives the agenda for the coaching sessions. It is a formal process with an initial set of 6 sessions and depending on the results may continue or stop. Through a coaching relationship you will develop actions and accountabilities to help you achieve your goals.

Nishi Shetty has provided Coaching to hundreds of people during her career and is a certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. We also partner with many certified ICF Coaches of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

Mentoring is the process of seeking guidance from an expert who has knowledge and experience of the same subject that you are looking for. Mentor is the expert and the person seeking support is the Mentee.A mentor may share with a mentee information about his or her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling.

A mentor may help with exploring careers or life journey, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources. Mentor supports in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the mentee’s professional and personal growth. It is a formal process starting with a set of 6 sessions. The objective is set in the first session.
